Sign Up User Guide

The Site will welcome you with a “pop-up” prompt that you would read and then close.

Then click on the “Sign Up” button and follow the prompts:

At the bottom of the page, please first read and then click to accept the Beta Disclaimer, Terms of Service, and Privacy Policy, and then click the “Next” button

Two-Factor Authentication:

Verify your identity via email or text. For instance, enter your email address and request a 6-digit code that will be provided by email to you for you to enter as verification
Add your information to register your account
- (Subsequent logins bypass this step)

Manual Account Approval:

After submitting your account information, your account will need to be manually approved during the beta phase.
Once approved, you will receive an email notification and be able to log in to your account.

Dashboard

Once you're logged into your dashboard, you'll find a User Guide, which explains the functionality of the analysis form in detail.

A “ONE-TIME” TEST OF THE SITE AND SOFTWARE IS BEING PROVIDED TO YOU. AS PART OF THE ONE-TIME” TEST, YOU WILL BE REQUIRED TO CREATE AND REGISTER YOUR USER ACCOUNT. AFTER YOUR “ONE-TIME” TEST, YOU MUST BE SUBSCRIBED FOR THE SERVICES BEFORE YOU WILL BE ALLOWED TO ENTER THE SITE AND USE THE SOFTWARE. AFTER OR INSTEAD OF THE “ONE TIME” TEST, TO ENTER THE SITE AND USE THE SOFTWARE, PLEASE CLICK EITHER THE “SIGN UP” OR “LOGIN” BUTTON AT THE TOP OF THIS PAGE.

Note:When the button for the “One-Time Test” is clicked, the User should be directed to a registration page (i.e. your provided page 4 of 15). Make no difference whether the User is an Individual or part of an Enterprise, the “One-Time Test” still requires just a single email address. Your page 2 of selecting Individual or Enterprise is for the initial subscription payment process.
